AIBI is a federation of national industrial baker associations in Europe.
It also includes corporate members in countries where no such association exists
Currently, there are 16 associations from 15 countries and three corporate members. These associations bring together approximately 500 companies of various sizes, ranging from 15 to several thousand employees, involved in all forms of bakery production.
